Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
All orders are shipped using the utmost care and Priority mail shipments are protected with insurance in case of any damage in transit. Most items are made to order and my goal is to ship within 5 business days of your order. Custom and bulk orders can take longer and I will communicate with you regarding timing.
Holiday orders must be placed by December 5th for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas. Orders after that date will ship within normal timeframes but timely delivery is not guaranteed.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges. If your items are incorrect, damaged, lost in shipping please contact me as soon as possible for a replacement.
As with all handmade/crafted items, there will can be minor differences, inconsistencies or slight blemishes. Coloring on certain screens can appear slightly different in person.
